We have recruited the team, updated the processes, adjust the tools in order to have a fully functional and autonomous finance division.

This video game developer needed to cut the losses on one of their studios.

Following a hyper-growth phase, focussing on operations, this video game developer needed to set up a regional finance division.
We have delivered a fully functional and autonomous finance division of 25 trained talents over 7 locations in 3 countries. Zooming in, we have documented processes and methods, implemented the needed digital tools, streamlined the procurement processes, and onboarded the third parties (auditors, legal experts)
Great collaboration on this project, leaving a happy client having access to qualitative financial information and greatly reduced risks.

We supported the internationalization of the activities in Asia, for sourcing and distribution.
